Knowing Your Lease: Lead Addendum & Move-In Checklist
The Federally Required Lead Hazard Information & Disclosure Addendum provides you with the EPA’s protections from lead hazards, and verifies we do not use lead based paints on the property. This was verified by an EPA inspection of the site.
The Inventory & Condition Form allows you to tell us what we have missed and lets you protect yourself from unwarranted charges when you move. When you move in, write down any deficiencies you find in your unit. Most importantly, you must return your completed form to the office.
